Roemheld has launched a new tilting table with electric drive as part of its Modulog materials handling and assembly range.
The new Roemheld electric tilting table offers a loading capacity of up to 50kg per workpiece and is designed to minimise set-up and start-up times as well as considerably reducing the physical load and tiredness of operators.
Like all modules within the Roemheld materials handling and assembly range, the new tilting table is simple to operate and enables the safe and efficient handling and movement of heavy loads by operators. This improves both the quality of the products and production throughput, resulting in a faster return on investment. Downtime is also reduced as all of the modules are manufactured to the highest quality and require very little maintenance.
In addition, because the Roemheld range has been designed to enable the end user to select the modules that best suit their requirements, this removes the need to invest in costly special designs to achieve maximum operating efficiency. The modular design ensures flexibility of application as it can be easily and cost effectively retrofitted to existing projects and then adapted to future needs.
As well as the new electric tilting table, modules for horizontal and vertical rotating, tilting and lifting of workpieces are available. The range also includes cart and floor modules for easy transporting and installation of the units.
