The innovative KC100 5-Axis vice system offers a universal clamping solution for 5-axis machines and pallet systems and enables 6th side machining with minimum set-up costs. As well as allowing for optimum positioning of the component on the table and reducing tooling costs, the vice also reduces material wastage thanks to its ability to grip on only 3mm with a clamping force of up to 25kN. The KC100 has a 100mm jaw width and extensive clamping capacity of between 6mm and 204mm. It has been designed to offer an extremely flexible 5-Axis vice system that is suitable for both raw parts and finished component clamping as the jaw inserts can simply be changed from serrated to smooth.
