The Roemheld Hilma 5-axis vice range and the ‘gripping on 3mm safely’ campaign generated a great deal of interest at the exhibition, resulting in the best MACH ever for Roemheld.
Visitors could see for themselves on the stand just how much raw material could be saved per billet and could then discuss their individual requirements to put a company value on this saving.
Bill Neal, Managing Director of Roemheld, said: “Being able to grip on such a small area really excited visitors’ imagination. We had an increase in orders taken on the stand and post MACH, as well as an overall rise in sales leads this year: not just for 5-axis vices but also for our core Roemheld products and other leading technologies such as zero point mounting.”
There will be another opportunity for end users to see the potential savings of 5-axis clamping for themselves at a ‘Your Success in Focus’ technical day being held at Sandvik on Tuesday 10th June. Roemheld will be presenting alongside other brand leaders including Pathtrace, N C Engineering, LMT Fette, and Rhenus.
