ROEMHELD INTRODUCES MAGNETIC PRESS CLAMPING RANGE
M-TECS system fiited to Arburg Injection Moulding Machine
Roemheld is pleased to announce the introduction of a range of clamping products for injection and rubber moulding presses. The system, known as M-TECS magnetic clamping, allows fast and secure clamping of all sizes and shapes of press moulds.

This range overcomes a number of the problems associated with conventional clamping systems: long change-over times, clamping points in less than ideal positions, hot working areas, differing sizes, shapes and numbers of moulds. The M-TECS system will enhance production, result in shorter set-up times, increased competitiveness and improved throughput of product.

The M-TECS magnetic clamping system is the only product on the market to work continuously at temperatures of 210oC. It is very safe to operate, as it is based on a permanent magnet solution and therefore requires no external power to remain clamped. M-TECS is also easily fitted and retrofitted to injection moulding machines and rubber moulding machines.

The system is suitable for press sizes ranging from 20 to 2000 Tonnes and mould weights up to 100 Tonnes.
