AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR A number of automotive component parts, including cylinder heads, engine blocks, pump bodies and suspension arms will be on display on the stand alongside examples of how they were manufactured using Roemheld core products. |

AEROSPACE SECTOR Visitors will see aerospace components including a stringer, spa, ribs, fan blades and landing gear alongside the various Roemheld Group products that were used for the design and build of the fixtures. |

MANUFACTURING AND SUBCONTRACTING Various components will be exhibited that have been manufactured using one or more of the Roemheld Group products, including medical industry parts. This will demonstrate how our solution-based workholding supports the needs of this key UK manufacturing sector. |

FIXTURE BUILDER / DESIGN For the first time, Roemheld will feature a dedicated display of fixture builder/design concepts, including 3D models of hydraulic fixtures, that have been brought to the market by some of our current customers. In addition, we will be launching a NEW range of Roemheld core products. |

ZERO POINT DISPLAY A number of short videos will be screened that demonstrate different applications of Zero Point changeovers and 5-Axis machining. Visitors will also be able to see a foot pump operated Stark Module plate with nipples directly mounted in the component alongside a System Bock TV100 vice with nipples which can be changed over on the Module plate. Manually operated Airtec, Hydrotec and Classic and Flow Power elements will also be on display. |

5-AXIS VICES DISPLAY The entire range of 5-Axis vices will be on display, including the new KC100Z vice. Each vice on display will be clamping a component that has been machined using that application. In addition, a variety of components that have been machined by gripping on 3mm, saving raw material costs, will also be exhibited. |

SEMINAR INVITATION Roemheld will be holding a seminar on Thursday 10th June at 2pm on how to ‘Future-proof your workholding investment.’ Find out how about you can protect your investment in workholding through planning strategies and best workholding practice as well as a major step forward in reducing raw material costs. |
