October 2010 - M-TECS magnetic clamping technology from Roemheld allows dies, even very heavy ones, to be changed within just a few minutes and at temperatures up to a maximum of 240°C. Furthermore, by using this technology in conjunction with a rapid changing system consisting of changing station, roller bars, couplings, pre-heating station and die changing carts adapted to the machine, even dies weighing several tons can be changed and clamped in about 30 minutes without wasting energy.
