From its UK manufacturing base in Worthing, the company produces the iconic Nautilus and the flagship 800 D3 Series loudspeakers incorporating Diamond tweeter technology. The complex technologies behind the design of the wooden speaker cabinets of the 800 D3 Series require that wood be machined to extremely high tolerances and a great deal of customisation take place during the process. As a result, each cabinet takes 31 days to manufacture. To facilitate faster tool changes without any loss of accuracy, Bowers & Wilkins decided to implement zero point mounting systems from Roemheld (UK) Limited.
