Roemheld will be exhibiting its very latest workholding and materials handling innovations at MACH 2014.

Visitors to Roemheld stand 5250 will be able to see the very latest additions to the M-Tecs, magnetic clamping system, designed for a wide range of workholding applications. They will also be able to view the Modulog range of materials handling technology which includes a new rotating module, a new lifting module and a new power supply.

The new, all electric, E-Tec zero point mounting system will also be on display. This extermely safe zero point system combines a compact design with a high insertion force of 7KN and a retention force of 38 KN. The SPEEDY etec is compatible with existing Roemheld hydraulic and pneumatic workholding systems and offers high precision alongside low power consumption. Third hand function (DHF) ensures all positions can be adopted without modification. Other examples of the very latest ‘green‘ technology available from Roemheld will include the new electric swing clamp range and a device for the wireless monitoring of clamping pressure.

In addition, visitors to the stand will be able to see the the latest Fixture Pro 5-Axis Quick Change System, which permits multi-sided access to pallet-mounted workpieces and provides locating accuracy to help manufacturers increase productivity and maximise the capability of their 5-axis machines.

Roemheld will also be launching the very latest in 5-Axis clamping technology at the show. Roemheld was one of the forerunners in developing 5-Axis vices with the capability to grip on just 3mm and its latest innovations will include the MC100 range of jaws and vices, which has carbide inserts to enable end users to hold concentric components on 3mm in a vice, increasing the versatility of the machine vice.
