Hydraulic compensating Clamping Jaws

KMULTI-Hydraulic Compensating Clamping Jaws system KOSTYRKA® are used together with V-blocks as a bearing surface for multiple clamping. As rule the clamping pins are flat-headed and the high-accuracy ground V-blocks are arranged at 90°.

With high precision 6, 8 or 10 parts can be milled, cut or bored simultaneously. Compensating Hydraulic Clamping Jaws, as compensating clamping tools, have cone-head formed pins in one, two or three rows. The pins spread the clamping force symmetrically throughout the surfaces of unworked pieces or machine parts with non-parallel faces.
